At VGLE Beauty, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging
• Not marked as Final Sale

A flat return shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
• Gift cards
• Final Sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2–3 business days of delivery at hello@vglebeauty.com with your order number and a clear photo. We'll do our best to resolve it promptly. Please note that requests submitted after 3 business days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, though we will still review your case and assist where possible.

Haven't Received Your Order?

If your delivery confirmation email shows your order was delivered but you still haven't received it, please email us within 5 days of the delivery date at hello@vglebeauty.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and follow up as quickly as possible. Please note that claims submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, though we will still investigate and assist where we can.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@vglebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions from there.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider before reaching out to us — most delays are resolved at their end.
